Rakuten Clutch Special Charity Fund
The Rakuten Clutch Special Charity Fund is an online donation system that allows users to make donations through the various methods offered by Rakuten Group payment services, including Rakuten Bank. The charity fund was established following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake when Rakuten received thousands of requests from users who wanted to express their support to communities affected by the disaster. Since its establishment, the system has acted as a channel for delivering donations to a wide range of causes around the world, from disaster relief to child poverty.

Donation of Disaster Equipment
We donated our disaster equipment to Fukuoka Food Bank Conference and Food Bank Saitama, a non-profit organization.
"chokotto iikoto" program
The "chokotto iikoto" program allows customers to make automatic regular donations to participating foundations.The cost of making donations to the program is covered by participating corporations, allowing our customers to participate in this charity free of charge.
Other Charity Fundraising Activities
We provide assistance to non-profit organizations to collect donations through Rakuten Bank accounts. We offer a secure settlements service which enables Rakuten Bank account holders to make donations easily without fees by utilizing our “Rakuten Bank Easy Settlement” service.
