Status of Dialogue with Shareholders
We are committed to providing timely, appropriate, and fair information disclosure so that our shareholders and investors can understand our business operations and financial condition and make informed decisions.
Additionally, we strive to ensure fair disclosure by providing key information in English as well.
To promote constructive dialogue with shareholders and investors, we have established a disclosure policy, which is published on our website, and we communicate with the capital markets as appropriate based on this policy.
Furthermore, at the time of our quarterly earnings announcement, the President and the Executive Manager of the Planning Division and the Finance Division hold financial results briefings and Q&A sessions for institutional investors, individual investors, and the media.
